Penis Enlargement Patches vs. Penis Enlargement Pills Which is Better? With the growing interest in penis enlargement pills over the past few years, a few companies have begun their attempts to capitalize on this phenomenon (and differentiate themselves somewhat) by creating penis enlargement patches. These patches contain the same ingredients as pills and are said to produce the same results, with the only difference being in how the ingredients are administered to the body. But is this really true? Are penis enlargement patches really just as effective as penis enlargement pills - or are they just a gimmick? To answer this question, I did some research into how patches work. I also took a close look at the pros and cons of using a patch vs. taking a pill. Here are my conclusions: First, let's look at how a patch works... The way a penis enlargement patch (or any type of patch) works is through a transdermal delivery system. That's just a fancy way of saying that the ingredients within a patch are absorbed into the body (blood stream) through the skin. This sounds nice, but from what I've read, there can be some problems with this type of delivery system... Problem # 1 - You Can't Control Your Dosage with a Patch First of all, when you use a patch, you personally have no control over the amount of ingredients that you are receiving at any given time. Theoretically, patches are supposed to administer a gradual, consistent dosage throughout it's entire recommended use, but there are some who do not believe that this is accurate or possible. Personally, I have never used any type of patch, so I cannot say for certain whether or not this is true. The only thing I can say for sure regarding this is that with pills, you have complete control over your dosage - you determine how many pills you take and when. I for one like to have some control over what I'm taking and how much. Problem # 2 - Penis Enlargement Patches are Relatively New and Unproven Secondly (but probably most important to note) is that penis enlargement patches are a relatively new product and have yet to adequately prove that they do in fact work. In fact, up until just a few months ago, I had never even heard of or seen a penis enlargement patch - and I do everything I can to stay on top of the latest developments in penis enlargement! I for one am a bit skeptical about new "fads" and I am still waiting to see some clinical research studies for patches. To me, it seems as if patches are just another way to sell the same ingredients as pills, just in different packaging. But unlike patches, penis enlargement pills have been around for many years and there have been hundreds of independent studies and reviews detailing their effectiveness. To me, it just makes sense to use a penis enlargement product that is established and has already been proven to work, instead of a new and different type of product altogether. That's a big reason why I think pills are the smarter choice. Problem # 3 - Patches Can Fall Off or Lose Their Adhesion While doing my research, I found several complaints from users of patches who claim that their patches would fall off or did not remain entirely stuck to their skin. When this happens, it's like throwing money out the window because you are gaining little or no benefit from the patch whatsoever. Having patches come loose or fall off entirely can be a particular problem for anyone who sweats, whether it be while working out or while at work. Patches are also said to loosen or fall off while in the shower, bath tub or swimming pool. Basically, whenever moisture comes between your skin and the patch, you are likely to experience problems with a patch remaining stuck to your skin. It's a lot like a band-aid. They work great when they're dry, but as soon as you wash yourself, move around a lot or sweat, they start to peel off. Pills, on the other hand, don't cause these types of problems. Taking a pill is just like taking a vitamin. Once a pill is in your body, it doesn't matter what you do or how many showers you take - it will still give you all the benefits you want. Problem # 4 - Patches Arouse Unwanted Attention and Suspicion This is something that a lot of guys may not consider, but when you have a patch stuck to your arm, people will notice. A lot of them may even ask, "What's that for?" If you're trying to enlarge your penis, do you really want others to know as well? Personally, I'd rather avoid the questions and suspicious looks and just take a pill that does the same exact thing. Granted, it may be possible to hide the patch on an inconspicuous part of your body, but sooner or later, someone is bound to see it. If you're in a relationship, your partner will surely notice it and begin asking questions. And if you work out at a gym or compete in extra-curricular activities like sports or swimming, a lot of other people are likely to see your patch too. And if you're not a smoker, then you certainly can't tell them that it's a nicotine patch... Problem # 5 - Patches Will Cause Tan Lines This might not be a concern for some guys, but if you enjoy spending time outdoors (particularly in the summer), then you should realize that a patch will cause tan lines, especially if you wear it in the same place every time. I don't know about you, but I'd rather not have any square-shaped white areas on my skin. Not only will it look unattractive, but it will undoubtedly lead to questions from others. Needless to say, this is not a concern with pills. Problem # 6 - Most Patches are Not Available in a Variety of Shades/Colors From what I've seen, most of these penis enlargement patches are only available in one color - a pinkish beige. If you're african american, light-skinned or dark-skinned, the patch will stick out on your skin like a sore thumb. If you're using a penis enlargement patch, then chances are you will probably want it to be as discreet as possible. However, having a large pinkish patch on your arm (especially if your skin is not that color) will make it painfully obvious to everyone that you are using a patch to correct some sort of personal problem. Do you really want others to ask questions about your patch? Personally, I'd rather avoid questions like "What is that?" or "What is this thing for?" ...wouldn't you? That's why I prefer pills. No one ever has to know that you're taking them. So considering all of these reasons - what's the verdict? Well frankly, in my opinion there's absolutely no comparison... Penis enlargement pills are definitely the better choice. After all, penis enlargement is a very private and embarrassing endeavor for any man, so it just doesn't make sense to use a product (such as a patch) that draws unwanted attention to what you are doing. Plus, given the questionable and unproven effectiveness of a patch, the choice seems obvious. I also don't like the fact that patches can fall off or loosen from your skin - just from doing normal activities such as working, exercising or showering. And as far as cost is concerned, I have compared the prices of patches vs. penis enlargement pills and I have found there to be virtually no difference in price. In other words, if you thought patches were a less expensive option than pills, you're wrong. A 30 day supply of patches costs the same as a 30 day supply of pills - and sometimes even more! So now that we've seen that patches aren't the answer - which penis enlargement pills do I personally recommend... and why? Based on my own results, research and feedback from other guys, at this time I can only recommend one product: InVigorex. Their pill is extremely safe and effective. It's the most effective pill on the market. Plus, they offer great customer service and fast delivery. But these aren't the only reasons why I prefer InVigorex over all other penis enlargement pills. A very important consideration is SAFETY. I used to be quite hesitant about taking a supplement for penis enlargement because, safety is a big concern for me. Before I started taking any supplements, I wanted to find out what was in them, and what possible side effects to expect. In particular, I was personally concerned about an herb called Yohimbe, which is found in many penis enlargement pills today. I found several independent research sites (including the Food and Drug Administration website) with published warnings about the possible risks and side effects of Yohimbe. If the FDA thinks Yohimbe could be dangerous, then I certainly don't want to ever take it! If you're interested, I have provided the URL to the FDA's Yohimbe warning below - simply copy and paste the link in your browser: http://vm.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/ds-ill.html I would encourage anyone interested in trying a penis enlargement supplement to do as much research as possible regarding the ingredients of a product before you buy it or ingest it. So what's the bottom line when it comes to your safety?
I believe that there are a few supplements out there (such as InVigorex) which can help you to achieve your goals; however, there's absolutely no need to take chances with your health. A larger penis or a harder erection just isn't worth putting your safety and well-being at risk, so use some good judgment and make an informed decision. So who should take a penis enlargement supplement? This is another question that I get quite a bit, and I can understand why. It's important for guys to understand if taking a supplement is right for them. Well, as I said before, if you want to enlarge your penis, taking an herbal supplement by itself will not do you any good. The only way to safely enlarge your penis is through a good all-natural enlargement exercise program. So if you're not already on a program, that should be your first step. Now, if you've already begun a penis enlargement program like Massive Member and you want to boost the speed and effectiveness of the exercises, then I'd highly recommend giving InVigorex a try. It's a small price to pay for quicker, increased gains. I would also recommend a supplement such as InVigorex for anyone who has been using an enlargement program for a while and has reached a plateau in their results. From what I've seen, InVigorex can give you that extra little "push" that you need to move up to the next level. It certainly proved to be helpful in my personal tests. Plus, others have written to me to say the same. But just remember, these aren't "magic" pills. You've got to use them with a good penis enlargement exercise program. The program is what produces the actual results - the pills just help. One final note: As I continue to research and find other supplements which work well with the programs I recommend, I will share that information with you here on my web page and in my newsletter - so please check back or join my mailing list.
